Shayla Gives Back

Over the past 22 years, Shayla has helped raise over a quarter of a million dollars for charity and she is not stopping! Shayla has sponsored people within her community to go to school by paying for their first semester, and every Christmas Shayla has sponsored Christmas families within her community.  Through Shayla's Legends show she has successfully helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for pride festivals across Canada.  

The pride and joy of Shayla's philanthropic work is the group of volunteers she has brought together to create Shayla's Angels: A dedicated group of volunteers within her community who, during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, helped bring medicine, food, masks, and sanitizer to those with compromised immune systems, and Shayla also took folks to and from appointments.

Shayla has sat on Boards for many organizations and has donated to and helped 50+ charities across North America. Charity work is the heart of Shayla, and keeping doors open for not-for-profit organizations is one of Shayla's greatest passions!
